🚐 Hotel Pick-up from Marsa Alam, El Quseir, and Port Ghalib

A Marsa Alam Tours representative will pick you up directly from your hotel in El Quseir, Port Ghalib, or Marsa Alam. From there, you’ll be transferred by air-conditioned vehicle to Hamata Port, the departure point for your dolphin adventure.

Pick-up times vary depending on your hotel location:

  • 🛣️ From El Quseir to Hamata: 245 km – Approx. 2 hours 47 minutes

  • 🛣️ From Port Ghalib to Hamata: 173 km – Approx. 2 hours 3 minutes

  • 🛣️ From Marsa Alam to Hamata: 111 km – Approx. 1 hour 18 minutes

🛥️ Arrival at Hamata Harbor

Upon arrival at Hamata Harbor, you’ll board your boat. After a short briefing and receiving your snorkeling equipment, the boat sets sail to the famous Satayah Dolphin Reef, one of the best snorkeling sites in the Red Sea.

💡 Note: A National Park fee of €2 per person will be collected at the harbor.

🐠 Prepare for an Amazing Snorkeling Experience

Before departure, all guests will be equipped with snorkeling gear and checked in by the Marine Police for safety.

🌊 Sailing to Shaab Satayah Reef

The journey to Shaab Satayah (Dolphin Reef) takes approximately 2.5 hours by boat from Hamata Port. Relax and enjoy the scenic views of the Red Sea along the way.

🐬 First Swim with Dolphins

Get ready for an unforgettable snorkeling session with dolphins!

  • 🐬 Duration: 1.5 hours

  • Encounter a large group of Spinner Dolphins (60–80 dolphins) swimming freely in their natural habitat.
