1. Cancellations and Refunds

For Tours and Excursions:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more before the scheduled tour date: Eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made 7 to 13 days before the scheduled tour date: Eligible for a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled tour date: Non-refundable.

For Hotel Bookings:

  • Refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the hotel’s cancellation policy. Please refer to the specific terms outlined in your booking confirmation.

For Transportation Services:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the pickup time are non-refundable.

2. Modifications to Bookings

  • Modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  • If the modification leads to a higher price (e.g., upgrading accommodations or adding services), the difference must be paid at the time of the request.

3. No-Show Policy

  • If you fail to appear for your booked service without prior notice, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process
